• 60-minute sessions every month with the key executive (e.g. CEO)

• 60-minute weekly workshops with executives to plan, explore and discuss specific activities

• Additional sessions as needed during the month

• Ad hoc review of materials (next business day)

• Participation in webinars, meetings, roundtables and similar events

• Ongoing email, phone and WhatsApp dialogue across the month 

Pricing

The typical engagement is $2,000 per month, generally on a 3 or 12-month rolling service contract.
