• Guiding a top Northern European financial institution through a comprehensive digital transformation, combining 16 different digital teams into a single united team, enabling best-in-class digital customer experiences.  

• Launching a Corporate Venture Fund for a €10 billion revenue bank to identify, harness and leverage disruptive ideas adjacent to their primary industry, investing €30M and returning hundreds of millions in both cash and value.
